Initiative set to completed stage

Once the progress of the last completed milestone has been set to 100%, it would be beneficial if the system inquires whether this initiative should be set to completed status or not.

Instead of having to action the "complete" status on three locations. Withing the schedule, on the performance dashboard and then by the "edit" function. It duplicates the same request on three different locations.
