Copy an initiative

There should be the ability to copy an initiative for ease of use. Perhaps something in the hamburger menu drop down for copying.

  We have multiple hierarchy's within our instance - i am looking to understand how i can duplicate an initiative within one hierarchy and have it listed in a different hierarchy.
