The RAID Register shows a list of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies recorded for your initiative. From here you can select the RAID item you would like to open. Depending on what RAID register you have selected, the list will show all the RAID items you have rights for, all the items that are part of this initiative (from the Initiative Dashboard) or all the RAID items in your Enterprise (Enterprise Risks Register). When you have selected the RAID Items from a Program, the Components within that initiative will be shown with the risks within that component. In this case, the RAID register behaves differently. By default, they are sorted by Name, but you can sort them by Risk rating, Status or financial impact by clicking on the type you want to sort on. The data can be sorted in either ascending or descending order by clicking on the sort option multiple times.
On the right-hand side, you will find the risk rating of the risks.
The list of risks can become quite lengthy. Enter search criteria in the search field if you would like to search for a specific risk. Clear the search field if you would like to see the whole list of risks again.
On this page, you can:
- Create or modify RAID Item - When you have opened the Risks register from an Initiative dashboard, you can use the New Item button to create a new risk for the selected initiative. More information on Creating New Risks can be found in a later section. Click Edit to modify the RAID item.
- Add RAID item into the Benefit Map
- Archive a RAID item
- View the dashboard for a RAID item - To open the risk dashboard of a RAID item, click on its name. The risk dashboard will then open.
- Add the RAID item dashboard to your favourites - Clicking on the star on the dashboard will add this risk to your Favourites menu. Click on the star again to remove the risk from the Favourites menu.
