The Amplify Status Setting gives users a resolve for various calculation issues that may arise. From here you can resolve:
- Calculation Status: This section gives you an overview of Amplify's Calculation States. If you see a persistent Recalculating or Out of Date Banner on your Initiatives, Benefits or Measures, or if your Benefit Plan has not updated after being recalculated, you can use the Resolve button to try and fix these problems.
Some calculations may continue running even after the Resolve button is clicked. Please contact email@example.com if it causes hindrance to your work.
- Database Fragmentation Status: This section provides an overview of Amplify's Database Fragmentation Status. Database table indexes with high fragmentation will show up in this section.
