Once you are part of an ongoing project, where you have ownership of certain tasks, My Tasks is an interface area that you want to take absolute benefit of. This is one place where you can quickly view all tasks assigned to you.
To access the My tasks page:
- Click on the Home button, and select My Tasks from the drop-down list.
- This will display the My Tasks tab on the Home dashboard. As is the case with most tabs on the Home dashboard, a number will appear next to the tab indicating how many tasks are upcoming.
- The table under the tab shows you a listing of all upcoming tasks within the corresponding initiatives. All tasks assigned to you for the current year is displayed by default. Clicking on the name of each task will take you to the respective Gantt chart.
Please note, for a project task to display in your My Tasks tab, it should have your name in the Benefit Owner field.
- Use the Zoom options to filter out tasks for viewing your tasks per day, per week, per month, or per quarter. If baselines are drawn, you can view that too, by enabling the Show Baseline toggle button.
My Tasks table shows only those tasks that are still in progress. Any tasks that are marked 100% complete will be filtered out. Tasks that belongs to completed initiatives are also not displayed.
